If Yan Can Cook...So can You!

I've been crazy busy with many not so pleasant things happening in Penang. Thus the long absence from blogging. Today I start with a happy one. I met my idol! One of AFC's most popular Celebrity Chef Martin Yan is in town!

I watched lots of Yan Can Cook as a child on SBC 5. And has always been mesmerized with the way he cooks. The way he slices is simply amazing. And obviously he makes cooking so easy with the whole "If Yan can cook, so can You"!

So today, Martin Yan the Celebrity Chef, Masterchef and entertainer was at Lee Kum Kee booth. Using Lee Kum Kee's sauces and marinate, he came up with some brilliantly easy to cook and definitely yummy dishes.

Cooking is indeed very much a part of Malaysian culture and preparing home cooked meals certainly makes for an enjoyable moment of family bonding. LEE KUM KEE a brand name that ahs been around for 120 years continues its tradition of providing superior quality products as they believe that the expression of love through taste would bring people closer together. And its only apt that Martin Yan picked a random mother and daughter out to demonstrate this fact.
And if you're wanting to replicate what I tasted, here's the recipe for one dishes that you can easily do at home. (Yes I met Martin Yan, saw him cooked and even tasted his cooking ~ Yippeeeeeeee)
