Getaway to Kuching, Sarawak

I am back! Been travelling much of June with the finale being 4 awesome days in Kuching, Sarawak. Food trail, catching up with pals, music and Heineken. Here's some sneak peek pics and there will be more to come once I settle down:D
Blue seas and blue skies provided the much needed relief from haze in KL.
Of course I ran since it was the weekend. Had a good run of straights, twisties and slopes.
Very serene and intriguing Sarawak Cultural Village where the Rainforest World Music Festival was held.
Interesting music workshops during the day.
Took lil breaks at the Heinekabana:D
Heineken moon!
An enriching weekend of music from different countries.
Enjoying our Heineken at the Heinekabana with friends who flew in for the music festival at the Heinekabana.
Yes...a glass of cold Heineken!
Rainbow! Double rainbow when we took a walk along Sarawak River.
Food trail which of course included Sarawak laksa.
Kolo Mee
Carpenter Street's pork satay.
Kompia biscuits for tea.

Hectic but certainly a satisfying 4 day trip. In fact a very satisfying month of June spent travelling. Stay tuned as I start blogging on a more regular basis again now that I am back in KL:D
