Here's a sneak peek at some of the dishes that you will be feasting on in Eccucino. THANX Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur for hosting us to an early experience of the Thai festival.
Por Pia Sod Fresh spring roll with dip.
This very healthy and addictive spring roll is a must have. Good to be eaten on its own even without the dip.
Kai Hor Bai Toey Marinated chicken fillet wrapped in pandan leaves.
Yam Neua Yang Spicy grilled beef salad.
Tender pieces of marinated grilled beef that is salty, spicy and a little tangy. Again a very appetizing dish that I was hoping to eat more.
Thord Mun Goong Fried shrimp cake with plum sauce
Choo Chee Goong River prawns with dry curry and Thai spices.
Forget about cholesterol and eat these heavenly prawns. Use your finger and lick off the tantalising marinate off the prawn shells.
Chicken green curry.
A must have in a good Thai meal is green curry. This rich and slightly spicy curry makes a good dish with fluffy Thai Khao hormmali Steamed jasmine rice which will be served during the buffet. Banjir more gravy because its such a waste to not slurp up every bit of this mouthwatering Green curry.
Kai Phad Med Mamoung Stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts and dried chilies.
Tom Yam Goong Spicy prawn soup with lemon grass
No Thai meal is complete without a piping hot bowl of tom yam. Palatable and definitely not too spicy for the masses but it is tasty...flavourful...have an extra bowl or two and make sure you savour the succulent prawns!
Bua Loy Taro, pumpkin and rice flour balls in coconut cream.
If you love coconut cream or milk, then this warm dessert is for you. I am not much of a coconut cream fan and found this a tad overwhelming for my personal taste. The hubster however happily ate up my share and proclaimed this his fave dish for the night!
Nothing beats the goodness of a Thai Iced Tea to calm the palates.

This buffet promotion is available daily at Eccucino for dinner only from 19th to 25th September 2013.
