Ramadhan 2014: Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral

Each meal at Nook in Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral is often fun and playful. Got to credit Chef Steven and his team for making food look good and also taste equally good! This Ramadhan, its a Malaysian feast for the buka puasa buffet spread and of course a good line up of Nook's signature dishes as well.
Take your pick of local flavours which includes Chinese, Indian and Malay cuisine:
stuffed whole lamb kuzi served with nasi briyani, vegetable dhall, cucumber and pineapple acar, papadom, and mint-tomato yoghurt, nasi lemak, satay, rendang ayam, sambal udang petai, red spinach in anchovies stock, roasted whole chicken with green peppercorn sauce, served with local market buttered vegetables.
stuffed whole lamb kuzi is a must have!
Satay...good old fashion satay is a must have because its a fun food to be eaten on its own or with some cucumber, ketupat (rice cakes) and kuah kacang (peanut sauce).
What is Ramadhan without bubur lambuk? And at Nook's there are additional condiments
to add in as well!
A bowl or more of Nook's famous Sarawak Laksa!
I love the seafood selection!
We had fun and plated a pretty dish of salad with seafood:D
Extremely popular cheese baked oysters!
Have your desserts. Local desserts include lip smacking local sweets.
And very pretty Western ones. I love the pavlova and custard the best. Reckon the pretty fruits played a big part in that decision. Hehehe
Fruits in bags! Nice idea to make sure we all eat an assortment of fruits and colours!
Ice kacang fun and the hubster decided to be healthy and added some juicy fruits as well!
Roti canai and sugar...deliciously fun!

The variety is fair and one is guaranteed of a lip smacking good Ramadhan at Nook's. The A-list Malaysian Feast Buffet is priced at RM100 nett per person and is available till 26 July 2014.
