MPIB Run 2015

Its almost the year end and just perfect timing for you to plan for the new year. And for the first Sunday of the 2015, do consider signing up for the MPIB Run 2015 which flags off on the first Sunday of the year - Sunday 4th January 2015. This run is definitely going to be a fun session for both old and young plus you get to kick off the brand new year on a healthy note.

The MPIB Run may well be many weeks ahead but why not lock down the date for the coming run? Take your pick of 4 distances - 5 km, 9km, 13km and a 3km walk for runner's family member to participate in while waiting for the runners to return. The distances are definitely doable and I am not saying it as so because I run marathons but these are feasible distances with a little training. Plus there's many weeks that you can start training or practising for the said run. These little training will also help with your probably expanding waist line with the impending festivities round the corner. 

On a more serious note, if you lack the discipline to train on your own, then head on to MPIB Run's training clinics that are held every Saturday @ 7:30am since 18th October with with a fellowship and trial run on 20 December 2014. Invited speakers will be sharing running and training tips on certain Saturday.
