Oceans 11 Seafood Buffet Dinner at The Mill Café

Paging all seafood lovers. Oceans 11 Seafood Buffet Dinner awaits you at The Mills Cafe at Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur. Best that everyone goes with a hungry tummy because a feast of 11 types of seafood and a mouth watering selection of International delights awaits you.

As we walked into The Mills Cafe, it was a wonderful display of the seafood. Honestly I was more tempted to grab a plate to fill it with the delightful seafood that greeted me. So it was a quick walk to our seats, snapped a few pictures and I was ready to dig into the buffet.

It was a good crowd on the Saturday night that we ate at The Mills Cafe. Kudos to the team at work that were really quick and efficient to refill the buffet line for both the seafood and also the International spread.
Lip smacking selection of cold seafood including Alaska king crabs, slipper lobsters, yabbies, flower crabs, tiger prawns, scallops, mussels and clams. The seafood spread is fresh...in fact its so fresh that there is no need for any of the sauces and dips that were prepared.
Clear favourites for most folks would definitely be the Alaska King Crabs. Succulent, firm and very addictive because one can't stop at the first piece!
While many places whip out plain mussels, I love the cold and spicy New Zealand mussels that was part of the buffet line.
Oysters are my next favourite. Actually fresh oysters are always top on my list since its available all year long.
Love these flower crabs because they are bigger than the usual ones that are served in many other places.

Some might prefer hot seafood than cold.Take your pick and the chefs at The Mills Cafe will grill it for you. I love both cold and hot preps so I had the best of both worlds that night. Love the marinated seafood especially the tumeric squid that was grilled just right and the slipper lobsters.

There is plenty to choose as well from the buffet line. I particularly love the Japanese and Indian selection of food. The hubster especially liked the desserts...not a surprise since he has a sweet tooth.

If you are having your dinner with a few pals, you might want to top up RM108++ for a delicious Boston Lobster. Award-winning Chef Laurent Lherisson and his team have 3 options for you to choose from. I personally liked the Salsa preparation while my dining companions liked the classic Thermidor.
Poached, served cold and tossed in Chef’s special Cocktail Sauce with mango and avocado.
Thermidor - creamy and cheesy with a lovely crusty cheese topping and served with a side of  white rice and green salad.
