Hello seafood!

And my personal faves!
Greenland prawns in a cold salad. These humble prawns are Chef Markus Dybwad's favourite from his childhood days. They are delicious to eat, naturally sweet and after all the work of peeling off the skin, they make lovely sandwiches. It is a dish that one can happily sit down to prepare and eat with friends and loved ones, thus no surprise they are his favourite.
Oysters are always good!
Caviar
Sashimi

Crayfish

I love seafood and I love them plainly cooked or raw. So these steamed and chilled are my faves! Fresh goodness and brownie points for Chef Markus Dybwad because they even split the crab legs into half so that there is no messy eating. No messy eating and this also means can eat more! Yay! Crayfish are technical but they delicious and worth the finger action.

There is more than just seafood and more seafood. Save space for dessert too! Of course please remember to check out the amazing salad, cheese and cheese bar too.

It was a lovely seafood dinner. A perfect start on a working Monday! SO hurry on over. You have another 5 more days to check the amazing Norwegian Seafood @ Mosaic, Mandarin Oriental.
