Christmas and New Year 2015: La Bodega

La Bodega presents a colourful and impressive menu for Christmas till New Year. All menus are available at all their 5 outlets in Klang Valley and Malacca.

Christmas Breakfast Menu starts from 24 December 2015 to 2 January 2016. A hearty meal to kick start each day with options of cava for those who prefer something bubbly for breakfast. Poached quail egg, salmon and seaweed caviar on mini English muffins with Hollandaise sauce, cherry tomato confit and croissant with cheddar cheese and Spanish Turkey ham. Priced at RM 29+ for ala carte, Breakfast + coffee / Tea @ RM 36+  and Breakfast + coffee / Tea + Cava @ RM 48+.

For those who prefer to dine out this Christmas, then La Bodega's Christmas Meal Menu starts from 24 – 26 December 2015 from 12pm – 12am. Priced at RM120+ for a 3 course menu:
• Seafood soup with Spanish Red Prawn
• Turkey with Truffled Baby Potatoes and Mixed Mushrooms with Port Wine Sauce
• Torrija with Mousse of Turrón
Seafood Soup with Spanish Red Prawns
A rich broth made from prawn skin, fish bones, white wine and brandy for 3 hours bursting with flavours. Served with a red prawn Carabineros which has been peeled for our ease of dining.

New Year Dinner at La Bodega will be 31 December 2015 and 1 January 2016. Priced at RM150+ for a 3 course meal and includes a glass of cava for the must have toast for a brand new year.
• Lobster on Cous Cous with Orange Dressing and Asparagus 
• Duck Breast with Mushroom Polenta served with Rosemary and Honey Sauce
• Cheese Cake Ice Cream with Passion Fruit Cream and Strawberries Terrine
• A glass of Muga Conde Haro Cava served with Uvas Grapes
Lobster on Cous Cous with Orange Dressing and Asparagus
My personal favourite and perfect to kick start the stomach juices with a refreshing starter. Cous cous cooked in orange juice and served with a generous serving of pan fried lobster. Love the refreshing sides of tomatoes, cucumber and orange wedges with beetroot emulsion.
Duck Breast with Mushroom Polenta served with Rosemary and Honey Sauce
A rather traditional Italian meals of polenta served with a side of saute mushrooms and thick cuts of juicy duck breast meat that will delight many duck lovers. 
Cheese Cake Ice Cream with Passion Fruit Cream and Strawberries Terrine
A lovely end to the meal with something sweet, a little sour and definitely not cloying! Creamy cheese cake ice cream with a sweet sour passion fruit cream made with fresh passion fruit, egg yolk and liquor. For those who love jelly, this strawberry terrine will bring back lot of good childhood memories!
