Chestnut and sage stuffed turkey roll, Brussels sprout, potato cake and cranberry chutney.
I love this turkey roll as a nice option to the traditional roast turkey. This has a lovely twist of flavours and textures from the stuffings. Of course, I actually loved this dish the most because of the potato cakes that went really well with the cranberry chutney.
Chocolate mousse and ginger bread
Rich goodness of chocolate mousse served with ginger bread crisps. A lovely festive taste in every bite.

Baba ou Rum and pineapple compote topped with toasted coconut
If you love rum and cakes or rum in cakes, then this dessert is bound to delight you. A rich dense cake saturated with aromatic rum. So good on its own and of course even better with the refreshing and very holiday island getaway feeling from the pineapple compote and vanilla ice cream. A little of a pina colada feel perhaps?

Creme brulee served with pistachio ice cream.
Warm chocolate brownie with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream. So good that I wouldn't mind an extra portion of the delightful brownie!
