Recipe: 2 Minutes Gordon Ramsay Scramble Eggs

Comforting and pretty good looking one in my books would be scrambled eggs. And having seen how easily it can be cooked and testing my own skills with the following recipe that I saw Gordon Ramsay whip out in mere minutes, no cafe or restaurant should screw up scramble eggs.


I hope this recipe gets you eggcited enough to whip it out on your own! The recipe does not call for milk or even a bowl. All mixing is done in the pan itself. Final results is a very creamy and fluffy scramble eggs perfect on toast or even with salad if you are opting for something paleo.

Ingredients:
• 3 eggs
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 tablespoon sour cream
• salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
• Put eggs into an unheated pan.
• Add butter.
• Place pan onto the heat and mix the eggs and butter continuously.
• Add salt and pepper.
• When mixture bubbles, remove from heat for a count of 10 (10 seconds) while stirring.
• Return to heat for a count of 10 (10 seconds) while stirring.
• Repeat above steps until you get a lovely creamy finish.
• Add a tablespoon of sour cream and mix well when you are almost ready to serve.


The key is to not stop stirring the ingredients. You can call it 2 minutes of workout for your biceps too!

The video says 4 minutes but if it is just the eggs, it is really just 2 minutes or less of cooking time if you have everything in place.
